Hannah has been our company’s personal trainer for over a year and has since elevated everyone’s physical fitness awareness to a new level. Hannah’s love for fitness is so contagious and her method of training is so supportive that she helps keep you motivated to maintain a consistent fitness regimen. The great fitness tips she’s offered through her Weekly Fitness Newsletters are very informative and she constantly comes up with new ways to inspire and challenge by creating Fitness Boot camps or “Biggest Loser” contests that help to make work outs not so routine. Thanks to Hannah’s encouragement, I am on track to being the most health conscious that I have been in many, many years.
